By 'eck, there's even clouds in Google Maps for this damp wee spot Keith
Again, never heard of or seen it. So glad you recorded it here! Nice one Keith lad.
The "damp wee spot" being Scotland? :) We did get wet this day. Thanks Jethro.
I once fished this loch from a boat Keith, the lady I had with me for the afternoon on the water was rather concerned at how windy it was out on the loch, how cold it was in an old rowing boat........then she noticed the leaks!
Needless to say , I did not get any fishing done that day!!
I am guessing this place has loads of potential for windy (and wet) days Mike. It doesn't stop it being a pleasant place to visit though and no midges!
We (the lady friend and me) used to visit quite regularly on our rides out in the car, (it always was a favourite bike run for me) we'd stop in Moffat for a ratch aboot the shops, then off to |Tiggie Shiels for tea and overnight (after the old Rodondo Hotel closed) followed by a drive around to Kelso and Gala next day, eating at every oportunity she found!, which is why we took two days to go not very far! Great times though, Freat times in a wonderful place!
Hope yer keeping aareet marra!
