ah, an alternative way to construct a simple fence with a few wooden sticks...

I think different traditional kinds of fences make an excellent photographic subject even though my one attempt this summer didn't work out well. I like both yours from the museum. Marilyn

Many thanks, Ainars, for your viewpoint on photography--a viewpoint with which I very much agree. I also like to look for significant details and fresh viewpoints, and try to find the best times for a photo. Unfortunately, when traveling far from home, this last thing is often impossible. Then the challenge is to find the best possible pictures under the circumstances of time and weather.
Much as I would like to see some of your old photos, I agree that this isn't the place for a family album, and my portfolio will never turn into one either!

Thanks Marilyn for great comment!
How You already said, specially if desired object are far away from home, desire also can change in that time while we appproach that object. And how it happens with me, as soon I approaching some desired places, it is enough for me for just look at objects and landscapes and I do not willing to capture them with camera.
I have bored a little my family -because they getting nervous if I slow down car and began look for best landscape views. :) Because for family this means only extent of travel time! Some places are available for walking and if You look carefully on my this summer pictures there are few views uploaded where I keept family in, but in far distances. (because this are not my family alboom)
I will upload soon again few of my old analogue photos, but only if to compare some landscapes, how it was before and how it looks today.
