This wooden door with its lock is wonderful Ainars! I have gone through your pictures. You have a beautiful and interesting collection. I love your architectural photos and all the timber buildings as well. Amazing, how this old church survived up to now through all these centuries.

Many greetings from Switzerland, May

Hello May, sorry for long delays in answers to my previous comments! I cannot dedicate free time every day, due my overload with jobs. :(

Thanks for Your interest to my portfolio! I agree, this open air museum are very special and I not been there before for more than last ten years. But after this summer visit I was surprised too, how all that exposition looks refurbished and renewed.

I heard last year from TV news, they (this museum) have fire accident and one great old house was gone forewer.

You are welcome to made any comments to my photos hereinafter! :) I remember I am only amateur in photo deal.

Cheers, ainars.

Thank you for telling! There's no problem because of a delay. I myself am often late in answering. ;-)

Such a pity, if places like this burn down. I love to see and hear more about your country! It's wonderful, that we have this possibility to get to know about architecture, landscapes and life in other countries.

I think, we are all amateurs or let's say learning! Amateur in its best sense means to admire, to love, so photoamateur, means to love photographing without being paid. And I like your photos very much!

My best greetings, May :-)

Hi Palmina, thank You for visit and kind comment! Sorry again to You (and my apologises to May again) for some delay - in this time I missed to answer because incoming comments rolled in screen per day too fast than I missed to read all of them.

To Palmina: I taken now very first sight to Your portfolio - You have lot of nature and animal photos! :)

Nature and buildings are my favorite themas too, I will try my promises to visit Your portfolio in next days explore closer. :) Actually I do not know much about Australia except Crocodile Dundee, Dingo dogs and famous story from Colleen McCullough "The Thorn Birds"! :)

To May: thank You one more time for You patience while I lost attention again to all of my comments.

From end of August to end of December for me always are overload season. I am stressed too much to hurry for all my tasks and in afternoons I spend my free hours (if I have any) to capture new photos from city where I live or from abroad areas when I am in Europe trip, see recent one in Belgium

I will visit Your new uploads too! :) I seen lot of fall season colours in Your portfolio! :)

It's not a problem at all, Ainar! :)

I know how easily some postings can slip through. As I said above, I think to have missed some postings of other people as well, and I hope, nobody will mind, if it happened. Though I, we all, I guess, try our best to answer all. The days or nights are just to short sometimes! :)

I wish you all the best for this season and let's hope, there won't be too much stress.

I'll have a look at your new ones from Belgium. I was in Brussels for a longer weekend last December and love to see it again in your photos.

Greetings, May
