Ian, what a fine photo! I've posted a prosaic companion because it shows, in a small way, the continuing power of nature even after we humans have asserted ourselves. Also I've added a church which I think is St. Andrew's Anglican Cathedral. You may be able to confirm that though you may not have seen it from quite this angle--the roof of the Park Regis Hotel! I think it also offers food for contemplation. Marilyn

I am very happy that you enjoyed your time in Australia, Michael. From your album it seems that you must have been here to attend a secondary school in Melbourne, is that right? Did you matriculate and will you be returning tro Australia for further education?

I found your Australian album fascinating, seeing my country through your eyes. You have photos of suburban housing that is so very different from what one finds in Chinese cities, pictures of grafitti, art, stage show, trees in parks and of ocurse your visit to Sydney (Opera House, Bridge and Bondi in particular).

Where do you now live, Michael?

Thanks for your visits to my album,

Ian in Sydney
