Makes you really appreciate what they do when you see beautiful meadows like this doesn't it Jean! I have never bought any myself but maybe I will have to now. I have been driving by several fields that are in wildlife preservation for some time now but this one really outdid itself this summer and made me take a closer look at them. I will post some more photos soon from another one.

I don't know if you all read the link above but the duck stamps dollars at work is a popular slogan for the use of money from duck stamps on license of hunters, collectors of the stamps, frequent users of national wildlife areas that use the stamp of admittance vs paying a daily fee, etc. I had heard about duck stamps but did not really know what it was all about until I did a little research.
