Massive Christmas Crib constructed each year differently by area youth of all religions. It is designed in popular secular symbolisms like the Taj Mahal and can go upto 65 feet lengthwise and 35 feet heigh. Talentedartists even from the Tamil film industry are involved in the making of it. The present model was from 2006 Christmas when I was visiting my native place. It is in Kanyakumari district, Tamilnadu, India.

It is a marvellous hand work of the younsters from the village of Chellamkonam. It got unique features which is being fascinated by thousands all over the country. One can't stop his narration without having a word of it's initiator that is Mr.Justin who has given birth to this wonderful conception 25 years back where there were no plenty of electronic ornaments available and simply catches the entire villager's eyes. Now it is modernized and executed in such a way to putting people in lenghty queue for hours and hours to have a glance. Well done and keep it up. Joseph Lawrence from Bahrain.
