Argiope aurantia sits and waits......for an unsuspecting prey, who shal it be that she sucks dry today?

Not keen on spiders but, nevertheless, it is a great shot.

Oh, you don't like her Kevin now I get it.

Thanks Mike your Latin name is spot on.

I know what you mean Nik I'm not keen to have them too close to me, but thanks for your nice comment.

Cheers y'all - Jethro

Thanks Jethro great detail.

Looks like a Wolverhampton spider trying to take its colours off after the Villa have just beat them at home 2:1!

Regards Peter

Hey you're right. Its been a while since I have been in Wolverhampton - The Dog and Gun if my memory serves me well, 1973 I think it was!

Wow, where does all this stuff come from?

I bet thats what Marcus Hahnemann said!!

All the best Peter from North Carolina

Wow Jethro, that's way too close up for my comfort. Well done, though I can't say I like the subject matter! Cheers, Patty

Spiders are nice Patty but I don't pet them either.

Cheers - Jethro
