Likewise, atmospheric shot Jethro. Great with the mist rising off the river near the kayaker. Cheers - Jim

Thank Jim you know me, this is NOT my time of day.

Thank you Unda, but we have no old things to photograph and not much variety in our landscape, but we do what we can.

Best wishes to you both from North Carolina

Hi Jethro

Great picture. Brings back memories of earlier mornings on the rivers Severn and Avon.

You are not a fisherman?

All the best from the old Country Peter

David Brown Photogra… on September 26, 2010

Peter .....or walking the Kennet and Avon Canal from Devizes to Bath (as we did pre-renovation in the 70s).

I do fish but not often and not from my kayak. I am not a serious fisherman! But I do/can do it and dress and eat my catch!

Best wishes from North Carolina - Jethro

Hi Jethro

I was a coarse fisherman and so we returned our catch at the end of the day.

Here is an early morning at Ribbersford on the river Severn, near Bewdley, over 30 years ago.

As the temperature warmed up it turned out to be the best days roach fishing I was to ever have.

All the best Peter

Thank you for your wonderful comment and taking the time.

I have some Grieg swimming around in my head when I look at this, maybe Peer Gynt

What do you think Harry?

Thank you for your kindness

Jethro
