David Bier has a full frontal view of the building here, but it misses the unusual twin peaks that drew so much attention when the building was new (locals derisively called it "Madonna's Bra"). It was used in the SciFi movie "The Puppet Masters" as a stand-in for the Des Moines, Iowa city hall.
