This place is called MYLOKOPI. The name is taken from the shape of the beach which is like an Apple!
Cars can go down there as long as the driver is capable! The main difficulty is the return from the beach because the road is acclivitous and instable.
Unfortunately most of the people enjoy the beach for the weekend but always leave their trush as a souvenir!
People who live at this area dosen't do anything noun to fix this problem. The only thing that they usually do is to keep calling the police in order to stop people to go there and camp. Probably they want the whole beach for themselves!
Many people go there every summer and is a shame for everybody (passing and permanent) not to protect such a beautifull place.
This place is fortunately calles Sterna. Is a place near milokopi but not milokopi. We leave here and we know this places very very good. About the other things you say, the rubbish and camp, is the product of tourists that come hear and do all these mess. The only thing we can do is to call police, but this one happens once a wear. So eco you have to do. We are trying to protect our country from rubbish and this is not called war.

Το μέρος αυτό λέγεται Στέρνα, το λέει και η ταμπέλα πάνω στον δρόμο " ΣΤΕΡΝΑ " ..... Τώρα όλα τα υπόλοιπα ( κατασκήνωση κλπ) αφορούν τη Μυλοκοπή
