And so you figured while you were down there you might as well take a few pictures, like the one on the right. Now that's taking advantage of a situation, most people would have immediately got up and then checked around to make sure nobody had seen them.

LOL, yup, only Leif was watching! (haha, don't tell him, but I slipped on purpose to be able to look up his Viking kilt!)

Pretty shot Bitsy, hope you're ok.

Steve Paxton on October 7, 2010

Thanks Laurel and Steve! And no worries: I was only joking about slipping. I was actually on my way home after getting a dental implant, but the shot was as planned as one can be when full of novacaine. Of course, due to the novacaine I thought the guy was real.....;)

So glad you didnt actually land on your rear.....it would have been a tad cold. I notice a canon in the exif. Do you have a small one in your bag like me??

Bits-n-Pieces on October 11, 2010

Hi Dianne - yup, I carry both around with me. They each have their strengths. Though this was taken a few years ago, and the Canon was the only camera.

Hi Steve- yeah, I had too much going on this week and had very little time to get to Pan. Decided it wasn't worth the hassle and that I'd rather just stay away from all the sniping going on this month. It used to be fun, but too many just seem to want to nitpick about every silly thing.

WheW! For a moment there I thought you have snow already in September! Cool. Way too cool for September, I think.

Bits-n-Pieces on October 11, 2010

LOL, I was afraid people would think that. It's been rainy and I haven't had time for photos recently, so it was time to mine the archives......This one is from January 2008.

My dear Sandro & Cristina

Thank you for your soul kindness, time, patience, and devotion in opening up my pic and to vote it. I am honored, because now a small part of your soul and help is part of my victory. You're wonderful. Without you, nothing would have been possible. You made me extremely happy. From the bottom of my soul, thank you, dear friends.
