Genial! I could never imagine rust stains being attractive---Wrong!!!
Thanks Palmina and Jim! It was such a surprise to look up from this spot I used to walk by all the time and notice this for the first time.
výborně, blahopřeji !! Rosta
díky moc za vaše věcné připomínky Rosta !
very nice indeed - question : why can't we see it on streetview ?
See what? The photo?
not the pic, the place
It's visible in streetview, so I'm not sure why you can't see it.. The place is now the Ames Hotel. It can be seen by standing at 6 Tremont Street and looking back down State Street. It's behind the little Scollay Square sign.
oh yeah, now i see: pretty difficult since with streetview we cannot see the blue colour: so far and so high --- thanks a lot indeed
Hi - The blue in the windows was maybe some kind of reflective film from when the building had other uses. But when it was renovated to be a hotel, it seems the windows were replaced. Now it just looks like an ordinary building...I'm glad I was able to catch it when the windows made it so interesting.
