Wonderful photo jf. We're having lovely weather right now and the farmers are roaring around getting the corn in.

This is a nice view. I like to see the corn stalks that are left behind. Mike calls it corn gorn!

Thanks for your many visits and nice comments Lupinus!

I keep thinking about your statement about the farmers roaring found the fields Laurel! It has been the same here and much of the crop is in...both corn and soybeans. They hope to finish today at our farm as tomorrow is supposed to be rain and nasty.

LOL Mike! I am not sure if you mean what is left behind as Jean mentioned below or that it is fast gorn out of the field as Laurel mentioned:}}

Thanks for stopping by and the like Scotty!

I liked those too Jean but was not totally satisfied with how I shot them...as the dog was pulling on her leash while I was trying to shoot:) But I liked the idea of the title with the silo in the background...so it made the cut...even though I am not sure it was actually going into this particular silo:)

Thanks to all of you for stopping by and sorry to be so late with the reply.

Sorry Joy, something lost in translation I fear!

I meant #Corn has gone (GORN)

Thanks for clarifying Mike...that's what I thought you meant:)
