How was this picture taken? I was told nobody was allowed to take pictures from the North Looking south?

The anwer i simple. The guy who took the picture was a tourist visiting from the North. Perhaps Chinese?

North Korea and South Korea are able to continue the war. These countries have only suspended their weapons. I'm afraid of North Korea. This is a dangerous state.
