Hi there! I was the guy at this same waterfall with the 4x5 camera when you came by to take your shot. Thanks for including enough in your profile that I could recognize you. Here's my version, or the slightly larger version. Nice to "see" you again! Cheers! --Brian

I was looking at your shot a couple of days ago, thinking the water levels looked REALLY similar, and also that your photo looked like a scanned transparency and I was wondering if that was you...

How was the rest of your shooting? The sun messed with me on a few days, the clouds skunked me at Ruby Beach on the Olympic Peninsula, but it was vacation, and a bad day shooting is much, much better than a good day at work. Ciao!

The rest of the trip was quite nice--the sun came out for several days the day after we met. I had been hoping for good wildflowers but we were too early for those, but it was still an enjoyable trip. Got my best light over at Sunrise and grabbed this sunset at Sunrise ( larger ). Plenty of great waterfalls to be found there, too, as you know! Cheers!
