I attempted a reproduction of this photo in the summer of 2009, but from street level rather than an upstairs window. Unfortunately the 'landscaping' looks to have been removed at some point in the intervening twenty-eight years, passing control of the street from pedestrians to traffic.

My Grandparents lived on Burley Lodge Road, it was before the 'landscaping' shown here.
