Hi Muba, I really wanted to, but I had my 3 year-old with me & the lights weren't working, so my partner went up alone. Breathtaking, an amazing 360 degree panorama, fabulous was the verdict. Grrr was my response. We're going back soon!!

Hi Muba, It's close to us, too. With a small scampering child, though, we didn't have the chance to see half the things I wanted to see, so we may even get an annual pass & see it in all seasons! I am steeling myself for the spiral staircase - I nearly freaked out the 1st time I went to the top of the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona...

Steve, we visited Hawkstone again recently for the Santa's grotto trip - an evening ride in jeeps up the bumpy tracks to the grotto past lantern-lit bridges & into the fairylit caves - great fun & really to be recommended if you still believe in Santa or know anyone who does!
