I'm back with my - In with the New - Out with the Old again, Marilyn - it seems befitting here, too. Well spotted, dear friend.

Trust Mike to find appropriate words - he had me laughing heartily at his comment about my 2 elephant bulls earlier today! I'm still chuckling.

Just one observation here: The roof of the old building seems to be in remarkably good condition, compared to the walls. It looks as if it was recently varnished, or treated?

I am curious - why would they bother? Or is there some extremely hard-wearing roof-treatment in the USA that accounts for its continuing good condition? If so, it could have been used on the walls at the same time.

And if so, I wonder if it is available internationally...!!!!
