Это часть кальдеры, где достаточно утрамбованный грунт - вулканический пепел (черный песок). По кальдере течет довольно много ручьев из-под снежников и от частых туч. Вешки зимой указывают дорогу, снег доходит почти до их верхушек, несмотря на сильные ветры.

In this part of the caldera the soil is quite rammed - volanic ashes (black sand). Few brooks are originated by snofields or clouds. Pickets show the road in winter, when only their small tops are seen, as snows are huge, despite the strong winds.

Dans cette partie de la caldera le sol est assez dur – le cendre volcanic (le sable noir). Les ruisseaux coulent à cause des champs de neiges et des nuages. Les jalons montrent la route en hiver, quand on peut voir seulement les bouts de leurs sommets, car les neiges sont abondants, même avec des vents forts.
