Kensington Market, a hot place for unique graffiti.

Kensington Market, still a unique place in the city. Immigrants have always been part of this market. It was called the jewish market when I arrived in Toronto. The Jewish shop owners were displaced by the Portuguese in the 70's and later by Jamaicans. There is now Chinese and Hispanic presence and slow but steady increase of trendy cafes and restaurants, which is going to transform this market just to another hip area, unless economy condition prevents it.
