Dramatic photo, L+V. I checked through your other photos from this island and it looks very interesting. So far I haven't been to Ireland at all (and I wonder why...) but it's certainly on my list.

So dark and impressive view! We can imagine fantasy stories...

Kind regards, Benoît

Juha Rimpiläinen - Thanks very much Juha for your L+V and kind comment. If you're thinking of coming to Ireland, they say it's "The land of a hundred thousand welcomes" (Cead Mile Failte), and in Ireland's present financial state the more people that visit us, the better! Hopefully if you do come you'll be in for a treat, especially if the sun shines, and the rain keeps off for a bit! Best wishes - Jim

Mentrel - Thanks very much Benoît for your Like and Vote. Yes, the Skelligs are "fantastical" to look at, and wonderful to experience. Another Panoramio visitor described them as being like "Dragon's Teeth"! I'm not sure if there are any genuine Irish legends about them, but I wouldn't be surprised if there are! Regards - Jim
