Restful resting place, I liken this to a scene from 'Gone with the Wind'

Super cool! The Spanish Moss and the graves add for the perfect Halloween effect!

Thank you, Nik! The surrounds of this church were just as intriguing as the church itself. Thank you for visiting once again. :)

Yes, Mike, I can certainly understand your linking this to "Gone with the Wind." I think it may have something to do with all the moss in the trees! It was SO beautiful!

Liam, thank you ever so much for your enthusiasm! I am greatly pleased that you enjoyed this, and that you gave it a yellow star too! Thank you again SO much! :)

pphh, Scared? No way, Pal! I crawled all up inside the mausoleum! Nothing went unnoticed by me! There were spots for three bodies, but nothing remained. :)

Thank you all again for visiting,

Mary Alice

Now, when I have seen things like this on Buffy the Vampire Slayer I thought it was pure fiction... Obviously not. Nice Image. Creepy with all the trees and that twisted thing at the front, which might very well come alive at night!

Greetings, dark, and thank you for visiting! You have a great imagination! Thank you for the fun, and for enjoying this shot. That "thing" in the front is a tree covered in spooky moss, and I would imagine that it WOULD become very creepy looking at night when it's only light is the moon! I think you may have watched too many episodes of "Buffy the Vampire slayer!" :)

Thank you again for visiting. I enjoyed hearing your perspective.

Friendly greetings from Georgia,
