The spoonbill is not to hard to find in the everglades there is on spot where they are all the time in there breeding area but you will need a good set on binos to really see them there. To get a good close up view is a chance thing you just have to keep your eyes open. The ibis are all overe and fairly common down here. The farthest north i have seen the spoonbill was at the icthatuknee river in north FL. A rare spot for them to be.
