Not technically an embassy. Cuba and the United States have no official diplomatic relations. This building is the former American embassy and the current Interest Section of the United States.

I believe that the entire building, as well as other adjacent buildings are dedicated entirely to the US mission in Havana. It seems that, ironically, the United States holds the largest diplomatic representation in Cuba.
