hi rosina love this one! welcome to my .... tag went well, i enjoyed trying to do something different.have you seen my new uploaded photo of my illuminated man?i am off to the beach at sunset this evening to capture him in september light/ conditions. the summer has gradually disappeared and the dark evenings are starting to draw near.the autumn beckons!what is this panoramio elections about!i love lots of your photos and appreciate it when you comment on mine,thanks alot.i am eagerly awaiting being add to your favourite users column!take care and i hope australia is being good to you, i do hope to visit one day.!

Comment by : This photo is clearly not taken from out in the water at "The Divide" as shown. I'm 100% certain it's taken at low tide from the top of the steps down to Diamond Bay (in Sorrento, not Rye), as I've indicated. There is very good snorkelling in the "Bay of Islands" just around the point out of view in the left of the picture. The beaches further down towards Rye like Pierse's, Dimmick's, and "Number Sixteen" don't have stairs, and aren't as high - nor does the point close off the beach as in this photo. I've spent summer holidays for 40 years in this area, and I walked from Number Sixteen to Pierse's the day before yesterday, so I'm pretty confident. Clifford Heath.

Thank you clifford, it was uploaded during bug season on panoramio never had the time to change its location, l was on sixteen and pearse beach today, like you have spent almost every summer since childhood on the peenisula:)
