Quite a trench has been worn.

Steve, Thank you :-) This is not the same path, as you can see on the map. JBTHEMILKER, what is your surname? This is also a "chemein creux", caused by people taking this path since hundreds of years. People were living around the odet river 8000 years BC.. The trees that are planted around the fields helps to protect against the wind, and also keep the ground under it. see explanations here: sunken lane Greetings François

JBTHEMILKER, what is your surname? Anyone who I want to talk to, calls me JB. There is another name that the IRS and the DOT call me.

BritPlom on November 9, 2010

Thanks you, JB The acronyms you mention, IRS and DOT, are specific to US, and not understood from outside. IRS is, I think, a governemental US tax collection organization. But what is DOT? Greetings François

Department Of Transportation. They deal with the driver's licence for truck drivers.

You have so many wonderful pictures I could spend all day looking through them, I have some wild weather Atlantic shots from the Outer Hebrides I will upload, although they are nowhere as good as your ones

Thank you, gussy. I looked your Outer Hebrides shots. You need good light conditions to make wonderful pictures. You did not had that chance.. Greetings François
