With the bike. I rarely take the east side walkway since it is more narrow and less accessible than the west passage. Nevertheless there is also much less foot and bike traffic on that side which makes it easier to take a pictures but as (un)luck has it just as I was taking this picture a fellow came with a bike from the rear scaring the big Jesus out of me (He was the only one I saw on the whole trip on the east walkway). Lucky for the fence otherwise I might have been diving into the River :)
