This is a great photo. Really takes me back to Woodhouse in the early 80's. I was 13 back then and my mate Paul lived in this street (back quarry mount terrace), the house on the end here was derelict, much of Woodhouse was boarded up then. Everyone was skint, but we had a good laugh

I lived in Leeds through most of the 1980s and in Woodhouse (Lucas Place, I think) for a couple of those years. As you say, everyone was skint, but it was great time.

I agree with judeh that this is probably the southern end of Back Quarry Mount Terrace, four or five streets to the east of the stated location.

I have looked long and hard at this, and I don't think I agree. The roof pattern is correct for Quarry Mount Terrace with the third house having a more extensive attic room. However there is a parrallel terrace to the left and the terrace to the left of Quarry Mount Terrace is perpendicular to it. I am fairly certain that I took this from just across Cliff Terrace (although there is a building there - new?) and that it is actually the end of Delph Mount and the terrace on the left is Cliff Mount St. I have moved the pin in the map.
