Hiya Kamalyn ;>)

Thanks for your recent visit and intelligent comment..it's a refreshing change to read something sensible!!!

As for this delightful sunset..(guessing that you were looking west over the pond) well it's a cracker!! I never tire of such shots, especially when they are this good ;>)

I note that your ext.info is missing the time and date..This is the same for me..Occasionally I post a photo that includes this, but I don't know why ;>( Any thoughts on the subject?

Warm regards!

jim

Hi Jim - Thanks! There have been a few discussions in the forum about the missing exif info for some photos. It seems it's some kind of glitch in the Panoramio software, where it doesn't recognize the date coding by certain cameras or software. It seems to have started when they made the big migration to the Google servers. But even that doesn't make sense to me, since I see others with the same cameras as mine that have all the info, and I use the same version of photo shop to crop, reduce the size of my files, etc. as I did for older photos that do still show the info.

But to tell you the truth, I don't mind not having the time and date a photo was taken be visible, especially if I was supposed to be somewhere else at the time!

LOL Jim - well, no more sneaking around for me - seems that they've fixed the glitch for newly uploaded photos. rats!!!! No more saying 'Ohhhh, traffic sure was bad - it took me an extra hour to get here!' when in fact I took a few detours to just get a nice shot. Oh well!

Hi Rob - Thanks so much! This lake has some amazing sunsets. I think I saw this one setting up and hurried to the lake, and I sure was rewarded! Cheers to you, and hope you're having a nice winter!
