Hey Steve yep...same way I felt...it is a beautiful area for log cabin living. Great views and there are different types of cottages and bungalows all around for your choosing. I'am happy that you put this little place in your fav's, you can visit now when you want, huh, the like is a nice bonus too Steve. thank you.

Hi Sarah Sorry I have not been in touch recently Having computer problems the whole system has gone to pot lost all my Steam photos that where on there but fortunatley I had just put all the Scottish Holiday pics onto a CD.Sorry to be on about my troubles.Now round to this Photo Is This your Holiday retreat it looks a nice setting and love those Fall Colours a must for the favs & a "like" to Warm wishes to you Alan

Oh Alan COMPUTER PROBLEMS! now that is a headache isn't it? Hope you have that all sorted! Alan so sorry about losing the shots. thats terrible and glad tho that you have some of them on the CD. We have certainly done some of that too, to make sure they aren't lost in a "crash" of the PC. Alan, no we did not stay in a cabin on this vacation. We were in a Motel in Gatlinburg. We visited this place in Maggie Valley when out touring about and picked up some brochures from this place. may try this another year and carry some of the family along, maybe the grands...this would be more like what we would need for that kind of trip. Just he and I don't do the cabin thing, we prefer a nice motel. There are some nice ones in and around this area. Good to hear from you Alan. and I also am sorry for the delay. I have had an interesting week or more here, and have not been catching up on pano. I'am trying to correct that now. Thanks for your visit as always and for the 2 awards, I'am happy about that Alan :)

Hi Sarah. This is a great shot. I would love to spend some time in that cottage. Looks like the area would be quiet, peaceful and relaxing. And the Fall colors and scene are great. Very nicely composed as well.

I always have a smile for the things that are called cottages today...years ago they would have been considered a grand home:) Beautiful shot here with the bug stone chimney and the colorful leaves! Like!

Good to see I am not the only one far behind on Pano but sorry to hear of Alan's computer problems. That is always a nightmare. At the moment my daughter is the one with computer problems...and is using mine. Hopefully I will soon have more Pano time. For now will make a few stops and hope to do more later.

Mike yes you would probably enjoy this place, it is a very well kept camping site, well that is if you call these nice little cottages, "camping"..They looked nice and we might consider these next time we're there. Thanks a lot for your nice comments and especially for that YS and the like, that's very nice of you.

Joy I also was drawn to the stone chimney, in fact we liked everything about this particular rental area. The cottages were well kept, on the outside, did not look inside tho. Thanks for the "Thanksgiving" wishes, we had a very nice day and YES YES , ate waaaay too much :))) Good to see you Joy, thanks for the like too.

Hello dear Tim.. thank you for this visit! Yes this was a lovely camp site, with cottages as you see there for rent, it was a great time of year to be in the area, we try to head that way every fall.
