Mynydd Mawr rises to the left behind Llyn Cwellyn. Moel Eilio, Foel Gron, Foel Goch and Moel Cynghorion are the peaks on the ridge to the right that joins the slopes leading to Yr Wyddfa. The Menai Strait and Anglesey are seen in the distance behind Moel Eilio.

Y* do you know why Llyn coch (centre) is coch/red?

Thanks Rhys

I'm guessing that because it's quite shallow that the iron rich red stone that's seen on Eilio and the Bwlch Main screes shows through from up here.
