Hiking in Montana's Glacier National Park is the kind of experience that surprises you with views like this that explode in your senses as you enter a clearing. Two of my four brothers, Rich and Bob, are busy shooting their own version of this breathtaking beauty as I took this shot. If you ever get a chance to go to Montana do not miss this priceless gem of our national park system. :)

You've made those mountains look majestic

Spectacular picture! The inclusion of your brothers gives a sense on intimacy and accessability while not detracting from the grandure! dave

Greetings Tom. I see for some reason GE didn't take thid for inclusion; I trust you're going to appeal that bad decision. This is a beautiful shot: it's got your magic touch.

Thank you Jan for the great comment and Like.

They are majestic Bert. I just hope I've done them justice. Thanks for the appreciation.

My thought exactly Dave. I appreciate the confirmation on the comp. I wanted to show a little scale and convey the feeling of standing there. As well as giving my brothers their 15 minutes of fame. Thanks my friend. :)

Cheers Hank. I really appreciate the kind words and thanks for the heads up on the "thumbs down" by GE. It has now been submitted for a second review. :)

All the best,

Thank you Jurgis, Joanna, shijin, Andi and Steven for the nice words and Like's. Much appreciated.

Glad you like this HDR image Jurgis. The process seems to really give these mountains the depth and detail they deserve. Truly God's country. :)

BIG SKY it is Steven. You should try as hard as you can to visit the parks here in America and Canada. Something you'll be thanking yourself for, for the rest of your life. :)

Warm regards and seasons greetings from Virginia,
