Hmmmm you're trying to tell us something here Jeff you placed this sunset scene over a western sea or ocean outside the House of Parliament and invoked the word Pelican (because of the Pelicans, I guess).

So why? Is it a code or riddle. What is the prize?

There are pelicans in London it seems but they seem to be of an antisocial nature.

Best wishes - Jethro

Nah! Actually it's a Carribean shot but I'll map it properly when I upload the set.

Cheers from Cheshire

Hi Jeff. I saw this the other night just before i signed off, didn't have time to post a message. afterwards i thought...London...nah,the Thames ain't that wide, let alone the sunset being rather too nice for this time of year.;-0))

Its good Jeff, especially with the one bird captured in the reflections, the dark clouds and the shrubs make a good composition too, nice shooting.

It looks like you had a nice holiday, hope you all enjoyed it.

All the best from a freezing snowy North Yorkshire...Neil.
