@Joao: Of course, there are modern cars in Cuba. I think old cars from before 1959 are no more than 30%, Russian cars (Lada, Moskvich,etc.) are at least 30% and modern cars already are 20%. New cars are used as rental cars (for tourists only) as well as cars for institiutions. Few new cars are owned by private persons. You even can see BMW and Mercedes Benz newest models! Greetings!
