It is very difficult, for me, to understand why a photo is accepted or not for Google Earth.

Sometimes it, sometimes not.

Sometimes with people sometimes not ...

I have some extremely long discussion with German moderator. Many of my photos from Bali were not selected for GE. Although, as here are only silhouettes of people. Can not see the faces. I have some partially deleted. But the discussion does not bring much. For me it's just negative rhetoric but not the Disskusion. Panoramio was actually more democratic. We, users give the photos in PA!

I understand your sentiments. Indeed, this is a wonderfully composed photo! Very unfortunate that this has not been considered for GE! I liked and voted this photo last month. Anyways, I am also adding this in my favorites!

Luc, I do not understand the work of the GE team. I do not know if they represent the interests of friendship circles, or something different?

I am also unsure about that Andre. From what I read from the forums, is that there are several individual evaluators selecting photos -- and they of course, have different perspective on what is acceptable for GE and some may be very strict while others may be more lenient than others

Das sollte aber nicht eine Lotterie sein Angelika. Damit bin ich nicht einverstanden. Ich habe das Foto 3. Mal reklamiert mit der Begründung. Ohne Erfolg. Und jetzt sogar möchte nicht, dass das Foto in GE kommt - sie sollte bleiben in der Gruppe 'not selected for GE' als Symbol der schlechten Entscheidung GE-Team!
