Самая противная вещь в диких местах – мошкара и гнус, они хуже комаров, против которых помогают всякие мази и брызгалки. Здесь на камнях мошкара, а гнус – это мушки меньше 1 мм в размере, проникают всюду, мази действуют минут 10-20, потом начинается все сначала. Это мошкара, а с гнусом мы столкнулись во время второго сплава по Малкинской Быстрой. Обычно в конце августа этогой гадости уже практически нет. В этом году была.

Ce qu’est le plus désagréable dans les endroits sauvages, ce ne sont pas les moustiques, mais moucherons et les plus petites mouches qui se nomment en russe « gnous » (moins d’1 mm). Elles pénètrent partout ! Ici ce sont les moucherons, et nous avons rencontré gnus pendent notre rafting sur la Bystraya de Malki. En général aux mois d’août et septembres ils ne sont plus, mais cette fois ce n’était pas ainsi.
