Istanbul at Haydarpaşa Train Station:

Having received intensive interest from Istanbul residents for 4 days, the event series will meet with Istanbul residents again on 10-11-12 December. This time a location focused performance –specifically prepared for Haydarpaşa Train station by the Istanbul 2010 European Capital of Culture Agency’s Theatre and Performing Arts- called Istanbul Istanbul and a video mapping show called Yekpare will present unforgettable moments to Istanbul residents.

"Yekpare" is video mapping show peculiar to Istanbul, telling about a history of 8.500 years from pagans to Roman Empire, from Byzantium to Latin Empire…where the history of Istanbul is blended with the story of today. Created by Candaş Şişman, Deniz Kader and Görkem Şen in last June within the scope of “Spring at Haydarpaşa Train Station” events, will reflect the magical beauty and profound past of Istanbul for three days on the surface of Haydarpaşa looking to Kadıköy.
