Thanks, for the comment, Rich. I was attending an open-air concert, "Last Night of the Proms", at the nearby Glasgow Green which attracted around 10,000 spectators all sitting on deck-chairs or rugs. It was part of a sequence of simultaneous, televised classical music concerts organised throughout the UK to mark the end of the summer music season.

It was actually a beautiful evening: dry and really quite warm for the time of year. People did put on coats and jackets on the way home, but it was certainly not as cold as the photo might suggest.
