With ref to Mupe Bay - there is a path down to the beach - you can swim in the sea here - but you may find your feet treading shells - and I don't mean sea shells! At approx the base of the cliff where this photo was taken is a naturally disguised cave that looks nothing from the outside but goes back far enough for it to have been used as a smugglers cave (the wooden door frame and hinges attest to this fact- assuming there still there - because I haven't been down there for about 15 years)
