This is quite possibly the most diffiult waterfall photo I've ever taken. It took a full hour to get this one shot. I'd never been to Progreston Falls before, and I had to find it in the dark. My new rechargeable flashlight gave up quickly in the freezing cold, so I resorted to my smaller wind-up flashlight which doesn't have nearly the power. To get this much exposure I experimented until I found the right shutter speed - four minutes! Another two hours of digital post-processing gave me what you see here. email@example.com
Very well done Indy!
It's great, I'm so glad you didn't give up! :)
Much appreciated, GG. No, I'm not usually a quitter, though this one nearly beat me. By the way, some great new pictures on your gallery - trust you to have a sense of humour ("Why Birds Scare Me", "Panoramaniacs"). Looking forward to what you'll post in the New Year! Indy
