Hi Nick, a lovely tranquil, very English scene. Love it.

Best wishes for 2011

ramblingrose, ~ Thank you so much ~ there were several much larger fully grown heavy horses in this field too ~ who were happy to ignore me ~ The tower is hopelessly overexposed but it seems to work not too bad anyway ~ Best wishes to you Rosa ~ nick

Hello dear Mick love the "golden-like" lighting you have here... and what a nice capture with the beautiful horse in the foreground, and the way the tower "towers" there in the middle of the shot, again with that golden light. A like for sure here Nick.:)

QofC...Sarah :)

Sarah O ~ A very good morning to you Sarah the sun was falling rapidly as I took this shot and a few minutes later was setting ~ hence the golden quality of the light ~ the young heavy horse came up and had a chat after this shot and seemed quite keen to eat my camera:)) ~ Thanks for the like and lovely to hear from you QofC ~ Warm wishes ~ nick

There is a most beautiful English feel about this photo Sir Nick, I don't think it could be anywhere else in the world :)

I nearly got a job in Alton - a 'few' years back now ;)
