Just noticed this one, there's almost a larger face with the other one becoming its nose. Still creepy! Perfect for the Halloween thread.

LOL! So glad you like it!

'wow' to this series!!! How original! I agree with Jessica's comment, but also, to me the 'mouth' of the larger alien's face looks like a skeleton holding its arms over its head! Hey - how appropriate with Phoenix's comment on it, since it's becoming like the mirror on her desk!

I was drawn to the impression of clavicles and a sternum on the beast. Thanks kamaly.

Well done for seeing the faces in the reflections. I doubt I would have spotted the opportunity. All the best from the UK, purdey

PS Your eyes are side by side I trust? ;-)

Just had a thought. I see this has been rejected for Google Earth, understandably perhaps. Why not submit the correctly oriented original and link it to this one? There's a sporting chance the original would be accepted and then, one hopes, you'd reach a wider audience for this truly awesome shot.

I remember this, but I didn't comment at the time ... it's still really amazing! I have tried a few myself since this time, but nothing as creepy as this. :O

Lol, purdey. I am a cyclops! (not really). I appreciate your suggestion. I submitted a series of these faces in juried Art show here and got them in. I named them after the characters in an Antonín Dvořák opera called Rusalka. She is a water nymph in Slavic mythology. For best results in taking these photos, get into a canoe or kayak. Thanks, Nawitka.
