Anderson used to have tens of thousands of jobs from Delco-Remy and Guide Lamp divisions of General Motors. I worked in the location pictured above for 8 years in the 70s but now all those jobs are gone, and as you can see from the Google Earth map, there's nothing left of Plant 17 but an empty patch of dirt.
