Photographer --> Yes, this was at the CNE during the 2007 Toronto Airshow. I was standing along the shoreline in the CNE grounds. I've placed the Google Earth marker about where I figure the F-22 was during this photo. I was zoomed to 400mm and this shot is still digitally cropped-in a lot.

I'm no expert, but I figure the vapour over the wings is formed during high g-force turns. Very neat indeed! :-)

As for the vapour, that doesn't necessarily happen at high speeds or high g's, but it can occur in all situations where a lot of lift is produced by the wings. A lot of lift means strong acceleration of the air over the wing, lowering the pressure and thereby cooling it until condensation of the water vapour in the air occurs. Of course, the more humid the conditions, the sooner it will occur so that's why you can often see it on airliner wings in humid locations during take-off and landing.
