Thank you for your visit, the 'like' and the star.
I am happy that you like our little country. I will be over to look at your gallery of the Phillipines soon!

Thank you Vadim,
I am pleased that you like it. You cannot tell from the Google map, but this is a very wide river estuary, with a very shallow sea. The deep part here is where the river Dwyryd and river Glaslyn both flow together, and have carved out a deep channel for themselves.

Good evening Peter. I return to admire one of the most beautiful sunsets I've seen.

Thank you for visiting. I am happy that you like it. I can see from your gallery that you do like very colourful pictures. This was a very strange and unusual sunset, maybe because of the weather conditions, I don't know, but is was very pretty!

A stunning sunset shot that looks so natural. Definitely a like for this one. Greetings, David

Thanks very much for visiting, the nice words, and the 'like.' They are much appreciated. Sorry for late response, I've been away all week for work.
I think this sunset was just one of those strange flukes of nature which gave a bright orange sky. The sand dunes are part of this very wide river estuary, and show up well on the GE image.

Nice. I have not been to Borth-y-Gest before...

Diolch yn fawr Annette, It is nice to see another Welsh lady on here. You are obviously well travelled, with far more important places to visit, so I suppose we can excuse not having seen Borth-y-Gest! It doesn't look like this every day though, only in winter! I will be over to have a proper look at your extensive gallery soon.

Thank you so much my dearest Füsun,
If it wasn't for your special words of encouragement, I wouldn't have entered the competition. And you had a good result too!! Well done!!
:) Love Fü
