Cemetery of poets (تبریز)

Selected for Google Maps and Google Earth

Recognizing poetry as the dominant form of literature in Iran, it is no wonder that the ancient city, Tabriz, has a dedicated cemetery for the poets, where over 80 poets have been buried. The last poet was Şəhryar who passed away about 25 years ago and was buried under the mausoleum.
