I'm not sure. I snapped it from a moving bus. It was August 2007 and it was right where I put it on the map. Of course, the map could be out of date and this is a newer construction that doesn't show up in the satellite photos. Let me see if I can find a name on one of the Korean map websites.

The name of the bridge is Konghang train bridge(空港鐵橋).The bridge will be connected from Incheon International Airport to Downtown Seoul.Phase 1 of the line from Incheon Airport Station(ICN) to Kimpo Airport,Phase 2 of the line from Kimpo Airport Station to Seoul train Station is due for completion in 2010. At Kimpo airport the line is deep in tunnel, it heads north east and rises to the surface to cross the Han River on a new bridge.I will be uploded this bridge soon. I'm very glad to inform you all!
