Thats a bit dodgey if you ask me Russ

Its very (very) high frequency so quite short range. Looks like the cable goes down the post of the lamp or does it control the lamp?

Let me know when you find out my friend, many a good night's sleep may depend upon it now!

Mmmm. If you look real close the cable is cut ... the end showing in front of one of the lower tabs on the left of the pole. I have another angle that shows this better. The lamp is on a bridge... see eight shots before this one (at far end).... gonna have to go back and look under the bridge now!

Really, it's quite simple. Under the bridge in one of the arches is a tyre shop. He uses the aerial to get better reception on his office TV
