I just let an explanation how to post photos on the forum and a link to a better explanation that is in the Questions & Answeers Forum, made by Owen Morgans.

In order to have your photos viewed you have to let other users knowing you, by seeinf their photos and commenting them, it will take time till you got a regular number of views on your photos.

To answeer your question of how long and when your photos will be upload to GE I recomend you to read this, where it is explained when, how and what photos are sent to GE. Just to let you know, I am not a member of Panoramio Team, I'm just a user like you that upload my photos.
