This was the Old Bath Road into Colnbrook, over the river Wraysbury. The M25 cut the road off and the bridge can be seen from the new road over the M25

This is known as the "Mad Bridge", which goes back a few hundred years, although obvious rebuilt since then. As mikenye suggests, it was cut off ny the M25. However, the road continues on the other side.
